- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year + full benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured, evidence-based therapy through a fully remote platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will involve assessing client needs, building treatment plans, and guiding clients through measurable progress—all within a consistent weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms
- Perform initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Active LPC license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace

Requirements
Requires an active LPC license in Texas and a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field. Candidates must have experience in individual therapy and possess strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
