This is a well-balanced role for an experienced NP or PA who enjoys working across both clinic and inpatient environments within pain management, spine, or neurosurgical care. You’ll be part of a focused, specialty-driven team managing patients with complex spinal and pain-related conditions, contributing to both continuity of care and procedural pathways.

Your day may include evaluating patients in clinic, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and supporting perioperative or post-acute care in the inpatient setting.   • Manage follow-up care, medication adjustments, and care coordination
  • Support perioperative and post-procedural patient care as applicable
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and expectations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and support staff
  • Participate in care planning and case discussions
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards of care

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Active or eligible for Arizona licensure
  • CPR and ACLS certification
