Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule is determined by the hiring manager.
- Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work is included.
Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
Use of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred.
- Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist.
- Opportunity for specialized work in women's health, sleep disorders, GI, lifestyle medicine/weight management, pain management, concussion care, and oncology available.

Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an integrated primary care model
- Minimum 3 years practice experience
- Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred.
- Experience with substance use and addiction is preferred.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders. Collaborate with the behavioral medicine team, primary care providers, and specialists to create and implement effective treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted PhD, PsyD, or LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts. A minimum of 3 years of practice experience is preferred, along with knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine.
