Key Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation in palliative care, symptom management, and supportive care for seriously ill patients and their families. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to implement and manage comprehensive plans of care.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Nurse Practitioner capable of working within a core interdisciplinary team. Requires a commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality end-of-life care.
