Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a care team to document patient outcomes and educate patients on preventative health measures.
Requirements
Must be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with strong experience in family or primary care settings. Candidates must hold or be eligible for multiple state licenses and be available for a weekend-focused schedule.
