Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to senior Medicare patients, including creating care plans and performing health assessments. They will collaborate with an integrated care team to support complex patients and facilitate cost-effective, high-quality healthcare services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Nevada Nurse Practitioner license and board certification from the ANCC or AANP. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, gerontology, or palliative care is required.
