Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and possess an Occupational Therapist license along with Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of two years of recent relevant experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance for home health duties.
