Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW PCMHI)

Key Responsibilities

The LCSW will provide mental health integration services, including individual therapy and crisis intervention, within a primary care team setting. They are responsible for developing patient care plans, performing clinical evaluations, and coordinating care across the continuum for veterans and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Social Work and possess a valid, unrestricted LCSW license. A minimum of 1-3 years of post-master direct counseling experience with adult patients is required.
