PHARMACIST-Full Time

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for the clinical review of medication orders and overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medications for inpatients and ambulatory clinics. They also participate in multi-disciplinary clinical rounds and provide clinical information to medical staff to ensure patient safety.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of one to three years of hospital pharmacy experience and a valid Massachusetts Pharmacist license are required.
