• Develops a growing rapport with families/patrons with an emphasis on service.

• Provides information to families allowing them to make a well-informed cemetery arrangement that meets their needs.

• Understanding of Liturgy Planning.

• Assists patrons with at-need cemetery arrangements, works with parishes and mortuaries in assisting patrons.

Requirements

• Active member of a Roman Catholic faith community.

• High School degree or equivalent.

• Basic clerical skills and experience with customer service.

• Two years of customer service experience.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• On-site position.
