Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time

$50–$70/hour | W-2 Employee | Flexible Part-Time Schedule

Cole Academy is growing our ABA services in Washington, and we're looking for a part-time BCBA who wants meaningful clinical work, flexibility, and the opportunity to help us bring high-quality ABA services to more families throughout the Bellevue/Bothell and surrounding areas.

This is a part-time W-2 employee position—not a contractor/1099 role.

Initially, this position will focus primarily on direct BCBA services with patients and families. As our Washington ABA program grows, the role may expand to include additional clinical responsibilities such as RBT supervision, mentorship, treatment oversight, and leadership opportunities.

Services may be provided in the home, community, at a Cole location, or through a combination of settings, depending on patient need.

Our goal is to build schedules thoughtfully around patient needs, clinician availability, and geographic area whenever possible.

We know Washington traffic is real, and we want to avoid creating schedules that require unnecessary travel across large service areas.

What This Role May Include

Initially, your role will focus largely on direct BCBA-level services, including:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and reassessments

• Developing individualized treatment plans

• Providing direct ABA treatment when clinically appropriate

• Analyzing patient data and modifying programming

• Providing caregiver training and support

• Completing required clinical documentation

• Collaborating with families and other members of the patient's care team

• Supporting skill acquisition, behavior reduction, independence, communication, and meaningful quality-of-life goals

• Collaborating with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy professionals when appropriate

Who We're Looking For

You May Be a Great Fit If You

• Hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Hold or are eligible to obtain the appropriate Washington State credential/licensure

• Have experience working with children with autism and developmental differences

• Enjoy direct clinical work with patients and families

• Are comfortable working independently while still valuing collaboration and clinical support

• Communicate well with families and other professionals

• Are organized and able to manage documentation and clinical responsibilities

• Believe in ethical, individualized ABA

• Have reliable transportation for community and in-home services when applicable
