Provide one-on-one aquatic therapy to children and adolescents with various disabilities while creating and tracking tailored SMART goals. Maintain accurate session documentation and communicate effectively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold relevant certifications such as CTRS, TRS/TXC, or LMT, along with current CPR/AED/First Aid and water rescue training. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and professional liability insurance are mandatory for this role.
