We have current openings in Damon, TX. Contractors must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to consumer homes and facilities.

Job Description

Provide one-on-one Aquatic Therapy to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral/mental health diagnoses

• Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients
• Document on each session
• Communicate with other team members and service providers
• Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes
• Must be able and willing to transport client(s) during client visits
• Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication
• Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance
• Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
• Implement patient care plans through home and community goal-related activities
• Able to work independently, manage one’s own time and the time of client(s)

All Therapists Must Have the Following

• Resume
• CTRS or TRS/TXC or LMT certified
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)
• Basic Water Rescue and/or Lifeguard Training
• Social Security Card
• Driver's License
• Auto Insurance (with 100/300/100 coverage minimum)
• Professional Liability Insurance (with $1 million/$3 million coverage limit)
