Key Responsibilities
- The Hospitalist Medical Director reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
- Provide inpatient clinical care as a hospitalist, maintaining regular clinical presence within the team.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of hospitalist physicians and APP's.
- Oversee provider scheduling and staffing to ensure 24/7 coverage and service line consistency.
