What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.
- Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals.
What You'll Bring
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current State Speech-Language Pathologist License
- CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus—but not required!
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, and previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is considered a plus.
