Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Active Maryland PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $33.60–$36 per hour.

• Signing bonus: $33,000.

• Full-Time position.
