Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing setting to improve functional independence. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, implementing treatment programs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for a state license. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
