The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, monitor, and track the progress of children aged birth to five years to create and adjust individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and providing direct therapy and family education within the child's natural learning environment.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Licensure or Certification in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid driver's license. Proficiency in computer systems and experience in early childhood settings are required for this role.
