The counselor will assist clients with disabilities in exploring career choices, developing individualized service plans, and monitoring progress toward self-sufficiency. They are also responsible for determining program eligibility and managing services provided by various vendors and community partners.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a closely related field. Additionally, at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a relevant human resources or advocacy capacity is required.
