Key Responsibilities

The Managing Clinical Interviewer will lead a team of clinical interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection and clinical accuracy for AI-driven mental health research. They will also conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, oversee daily operations, and provide training to maintain inter-rater reliability.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatry, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in clinical research interviewing and 1 year of supervisory experience are required.
