Key Responsibilities
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Supervise and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families to track progress and set clinical goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with a commitment to compassionate care and evidence-based practice. The role requires the ability to manage a caseload of up to 8 children and provide effective clinical oversight.
