The Medical Pod Leader is responsible for the clinical performance, quality, and productivity of the pod team members while serving as the collaborating physician for APPs. They will lead clinical huddles, conduct chart audits, and partner with market leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree and possess an active medical license and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required to perform in-home patient visits and ride-alongs.
