• Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, You Will

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
• Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through our Care Dashboard.
• Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle (minimum 5 hours/week).
• Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
• (Optional) Transition your existing private clients to our platform for an improved compensation rate.

Required Qualifications

Licensure: Must hold an active, associate clinical license for the state of Arizona (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).

Experience: 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
