Primary Care Physician

Key Responsibilities

The primary care physician will provide proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, and chronic condition management. The role involves seeing an average of 15 patients per day at the North Daytona clinic while reporting to the Associate Medical Director.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and be board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine. A minimum of two years of experience, including at least one year managing a Medicare Advantage patient panel, is required along with a valid Florida medical license.
