Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license or possess the necessary qualifications to obtain one. This includes graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant education program and passing the national board exam.
