Provide unbiased counseling and advocacy to Medicare beneficiaries to help them navigate health insurance options and state programs. Coordinate with state and federal agencies while maintaining mandatory reporting databases for the SHIP program.
Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience in human services or customer relations. Must obtain SHIP and AIRS certifications within one year of hire and possess a valid driver's license.
