Key Responsibilities

The Chief CRNA provides executive-level clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the CRNA and Anesthesia Technician practice. This role balances 80% administrative duties with 20% clinical practice to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient anesthesia care.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical CRNA experience and 5 years in progressive leadership or administrative roles. A master's degree is required, with a doctoral degree preferred, alongside current Texas RN and CRNA licensure.
