● Shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s
● Call: Beeper call required
● Case Types: CABG and Valve
● Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days
● EMR: EPIC, prior experience is desired
● Supervision Model: Cases are performed with a CRNA during the day and on call. It is possible that physicians will be personally performing in some cases.
● Special Considerations: Must be willing to cross credential/float for 3 sites

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Wisconsin
● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in cardiac case types
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
