Key Responsibilities

The ITA Court Evaluator coordinates patient care and legal documentation for individuals under the Involuntary Treatment Act. They also provide expert witness testimony and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to assess patient needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical mental health field and possess a valid Washington state license. A minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility with a focus on crisis intervention is required.
