Key Responsibilities

• Performs direct client contact through intake assessments, interviews, and outpatient counseling (12 core functions).

• Evaluates clients’ problems, develops and administers treatment programs.

• Provides crisis intervention services (emergency detoxification, medical attention, public assistance and outreach for immediate and long-term needs.

• Monitors clients’ progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary. Provides progress to appropriate agencies as required.
