Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will oversee clinical direction, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. They will also provide supervision to RBTs/BTs and facilitate ongoing collaboration with families and the clinical care team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential. Additionally, they are required to be Medicaid credentialed in New York State.
