This position offers weekends off. Work with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Provide skilled physical therapy services directly in patients' homes to promote mobility, safety, and quality of life. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with care teams and physicians.
Requires a current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Afternoon availability is required, with additional availability preferred.
