The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. They are responsible for developing and revising treatment plans while educating patients and families to promote health and independent living.
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in New Hampshire and possess a certificate of clinical competence or meet the equivalent educational and work requirements. Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
