Headquartered in Pennsylvania, TLC operates across multiple states, providing K-12 alternative education, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, coaching, counseling, and trauma-informed training.

Additionally, TLC collaborates with school districts, universities, hospitals, police departments, and nonprofit organizations, offering consultation services to secure federal and state grant funding Position Summary: The School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavioral assessment, intervention, consultation, and support services to students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs within the school setting.

The BCBA collaborates with educators, related service providers, administrators, families, and other members of the educational team to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports that promote student success, independence, social-emotional development, and access to instruction.

Skills & Knowledge: Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written Communication, organizational and interpersonal relations skills Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis, using both Discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including but not limited to practicum Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate Develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
