Job Description
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPC)
- Location: West Virginia
- Setting: Remote / Telehealth
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
This position supports licensed clinicians providing therapy services in a fully remote environment. You’ll work with a diverse caseload while focusing on treatment progress, documentation accuracy, and consistent client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete intake assessments and progress notes
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
- Engage in team check-ins as needed
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience managing a full clinical caseload
- Reliable internet and private workspace

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia and possess a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field. Experience managing a full clinical caseload and access to a private workspace with reliable internet are required.
