Key Responsibilities

Team Participation: Actively contribute to team meetings, clinical reviews, in

services, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in goal development, coordination of services, discharge planning, and family education as appropriate.

call with flexible hours

Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; no weekends or holidays

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensed Physical Therapist

Member of the American Physical Therapy Association

2+ years’ experience with Adult Neurologically Disabled/TBI population preferred WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
