TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.

What You'll Do

• Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinicians
• Maintain clinical documentation

What You'll Need

• Active Florida PT License
• Strong assessment and treatment skills
• Home health experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Ideal For: Physical therapists, orthopedic therapists, rehabilitation clinicians, home health PTs
