Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training in a home health setting. They are also responsible for educating patients and caregivers on safety and recovery while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are also required for travel between patient homes.
