Multi-Care Medical of SW Florida is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated Chiropractic Physician to join our established multidisciplinary medical practice in Cape Coral, Florida.
Our practice specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients who have sustained injuries related to motor vehicle accidents and other musculoskeletal conditions. We provide an integrated approach to patient care, combining chiropractic medicine, orthopedic evaluations, pain management, and rehabilitative services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive chiropractic examinations, consultations, and musculoskeletal assessments.
Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, particularly those resulting from motor vehicle accidents.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
Provide chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulation, and other appropriate therapeutic procedures.
Coordinate patient care with orthopedic specialists, pain management providers, and rehabilitation staff.
Evaluate diagnostic imaging, including X-rays and MRI studies, to assist with clinical decision-making.
Monitor patient progress, perform periodic re-evaluations, and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely electronic medical records, including documentation supporting medical necessity and treatment progression.
Ensure compliance with Florida PIP regulations, professional standards, and applicable healthcare guidelines.
Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions to promote continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic institution.
Active, unrestricted Florida Chiropractic Physician license.
Experience in a personal injury (PIP) or multidisciplinary medical practice strongly preferred.
Knowledge of orthopedic conditions, spinal injuries, and conservative musculoskeletal treatment.
Familiarity with diagnostic imaging, clinical documentation, and medical necessity requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Commitment to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.
