The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with advanced provider students and medical students desired.

• Saint Louise Regional Hospital – Gilroy, California
• Saint Louise Regional Hospital is the only hospital serving the community.
• Primary Stroke Center.
• 93-bed hospital with an 8-bed closed ICU.
• Epic EMR.
• 3-7 encounters per day per intensivist.
• Excellent staff with a friendly environment and an excellent vision of expansion.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
