the patient. Our CRNAs, administers, monitors and manages patient care before,
during and after anesthesia. Perform pre-anesthesia assessment, induction and
maintenance of and emergence from anesthesia with the supervision of an
Attending Anesthesiologist. Surgeries at NewYork-Presbyterian range from the

We have a large volume of lumbar spine surgeries and a very flourishing OB
practice that utilizes Nitrous Oxide, Regional and IV analgesia. Now, you have
the opportunity to join us.

This is a part time position at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

* At least 1 year of experience as a CRNA      

* Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP or DNAP)

Required Criteria 

* Certification of Nurse Anesthetists       

* Master's of Science in Nursing

* Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)

* BCLS

* ACLS

Key Responsibilities

The CRNA is responsible for administering, monitoring, and managing patient care before, during, and after anesthesia. This includes performing pre-anesthesia assessments and managing emergence from anesthesia under the supervision of an Attending Anesthesiologist.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's of Science in Nursing, CRNA certification, and a current New York State RN license. BCLS and ACLS certifications are required, while a DNP/DNAP and one year of experience are preferred.
