Founded in 1952, the Institute continues to train physician-scientists and manage healthcare programs for 60,000 underserved families throughout South Los Angeles. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Precept resident physicians and other trainees Communicate with community members and other health professionals Complete charts, attend and conduct meetings, complete fellowship assignments Conduct community visits Patient care at the Harbor UCLA family medicine clinics Perform other related duties as assigned EDUCATION MD or DO QUALIFICATIONS California Medical License DEA Certificate Completion of a residency training program Please ensure your application is complete and signed; incomplete submissions will not be considered. Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide patient care at Harbor-UCLA family medicine clinics and conduct community visits. Additionally, they are responsible for precepting resident physicians and completing necessary clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess a valid California Medical License. Completion of a residency training program and a DEA certificate are also required.
