They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate families, and manage durable medical equipment to maximize participant safety and functional independence.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess national certification or eligibility for the registration examination. A minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly is required, along with a valid driver's license and state registration.
