Physical Therapist Assistant - 36 Hours, Days

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy procedures and interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist to optimize patient musculoskeletal and neuromuscular function. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, document patient progress, and provide education to patients and families.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with current Connecticut licensure and certification from the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy. A valid driver's license is required, while CPR certification and APTA membership are preferred.
