What You’ll Do
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, You Will
Evaluate patients and develop individualized respiratory care plans to support optimal cardiopulmonary function.
Deliver respiratory treatments and interventions based on patient needs, established protocols, and professional standards.
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Provide education and support to patients and families to help them understand respiratory conditions and treatment plans.
Document assessments, treatments, care plans, and patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support positive patient outcomes.
- Serve as a resource to Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRTs) and respiratory therapy students.
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
Candidates must be Registered Respiratory Therapists with the ability to work night shifts or pediatric rotations. The role requires strong clinical skills to manage complex medical and respiratory needs in a hospital setting.
