Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Education And/or Experience

  • A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy.
  • 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
  • Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
  • Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant school and have at least one year of experience in home care or rehabilitation. An active, unencumbered license and BLS certification are required.
