Clinical Psychologist – Licensed in California (Geriatric, Virtual)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week).

• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe).

Requirements

• Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week).

• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Clinical Psychology.

• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred.

• Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth.
