We’re seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to support clients throughout their recovery journey. This position focuses primarily on group facilitation and case management, helping clients develop recovery skills, access resources, and work toward long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging recovery-focused, psychoeducational, and life-skills groups
- Support clients with case management, resource coordination, and discharge planning
- Lead discussions on relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, and recovery goals
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support individualized treatment goals
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and structured group environment
What You'll Bring
- Active Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential required
- Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or dual-diagnosis settings preferred
- Strong group facilitation, case management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of addiction recovery and co-occurring mental health conditions
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential. Experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health settings is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.
