Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. They are also responsible for coordinating care, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and hold an active Iowa physician license. Additionally, they must maintain DEA registration, meet credentialing requirements, and complete mandatory reporter training.
