Pharmacist - Inpatient - Full-Time Evenings/Nights FLEX

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for interpreting medication orders, preparing sterile IVs, and monitoring patient therapy for contraindications and interactions. They provide clinical consultation to nursing and provider staff and may assume management duties in the absence of the pharmacy manager.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school with a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and hold a current New York State license. Health system pharmacy experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
