As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, one‑on‑one therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them regain strength, mobility and independence. Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
